Directions
From New Bern Avenue - Head east towards 540. Pass the Target Shopping Center and go about 2 miles. You will pass the Walmart, Hardee's, and Lowe's Home Improvement. While passing Lowe's, if you look to your left, you will see a brick building with 7417 East Park Offices on it. That's the building you will be coming back to. Make a u-turn at the light of Old Knight Rd. You will then pass Bojangles, Enterprise, and Sherwin Williams. We are right next to the Texaco Express Lube, and there is a post out front for East Park.
From 64, take exit 429 (Knightdale Business West). Head right off the ramp. Go about 2 miles and you will get to the light of Old Knight Rd. / From Marks Creek, turn right and you will get to the light at Old Knight Rd. ----- On this corner will be a BP, Shell, Marathon, and the Knightdale Animal Hospital. Go through the light, and you will pass Bojangles, Enterprise, and Sherwin Williams. We are right next to the Texaco Express Lube, and there is a post out front for East Park.

Policies
v Stellar Spa Services offers services by appointment only from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Saturday, excluding major holidays (New Year’s Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas). Sorry, we do not offer appointments outside of our business hours.
v Any appointment reserved for a new client or within 24 hours must be prepaid. If you need to cancel or change an existing reservation, we require 24 hours notice to avoid being charged the full service price. Your pets, children and/or other guests are not permitted during your service.
v 24 hour notice for cancellations is required. No calls, no shows, and last minute cancellations, will be charged the full service price.
v If you are late, the service will graciously be performed within the remaining time allotted for that service. The full price will be charged.
v Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time for your intake forms and/or consultation.
v We appreciate our regular and referring clients. Therefore, we reward them graciously. We also offer a 10% OFF same day booking to thank you for your commitment.
v Gift certificates can be customized or made out for a specific dollar amount. Spa accessories & gifts can also be purchased from our retail area.
v Payments can be made by cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Spa Finder & Spa Week Gift Certificates. Gratuities are not expected but are greatly appreciated!
v We put forth every effort to go above and beyond and to provide a memorable experience for you. We want all of our customers to feel that they are truly cared for and not just a number. If you are not satisfied with your service or products please contact us within 24 hours after your service so that the situation can be corrected. It is our policy to provide you with the best professional service and products customized to your skin condition and goals.
v Only unused and unopened products will be exchanged within 30 days of the invoice date.
